Latest Firmware 2.1x Download (20-Jan-2021)
If your firmware is already 2.01 or higher, DO NOT download the 2.0 firmware and update it. This may cause your system to fail!
Get the latest firmware version (Download Firmware here). We will require the new firmware version as the minimum version level for all support requests. There will be only one file, with the extension .ppkg, with firmware update packages starting with version 2.08 or higher, i.e., iMRS_prime_V2.12-Appx.PrimeV1.ppkg. It is the same process as before to upgrade. The file should be copied to the USB drive and inserted into the iMRS Prime control panel. Select Search Update from the System Information and perform the upgrade. There is a significant reduction in file size for PPKG (approx. 100+ MB) and the upgrade process takes a shorter duration.
DO NOT RUN THE PPKG file on your laptop or PC!
The base firmware version 2.0 can be downloaded here: https://imrsprime.com/support/#section-firmware. All shipment will by default updated to 2.0 or higher (starting October 2020).
