Over time, you probably will discover that some applicators, SENSE or BRAIN are not “working” or enabled in some programs. Most of these are not product issues, but compatibility/restriction imposed from the software design perspective, with a purpose.
The table below summarizes the what applicators, SENSE (& BRAIN) are supported by the various PRIME Software modules

Below give you some insight on why the limitations. Some of these limitations may change over time with different software versions. However, it’s imperative for you to understand the reasons behind.
Hybrid is a duplication of Manual Program – but is designed to support just the Exagon FIR Mat only. For using of Pad, Spot and Mat (PEMF only), always use the manual program instead of the Hybrid program.
Fast Start is designed to use the Organ clock features of the iMRS triple sawtooth waveform. As this feature is only available in full-body mat, you can only use full-body mat applicator when using Fast Start Program. Also, the intensity is preset with a specific purpose, hence SENSE is disabled in a fast start. Similarly, Fast start Program is designed as a one-button operation, the system cannot preset a temperature assuming it’s suitable for everyone. Hence when using Exagon FIR with Fast Start, the FIR function is not enabled.
In Split Mode, both Trial and Hybrid features are not available. This is because, in both programs, the power usage is relatively higher, therefore, currently they are left out.
iGuide has a predefined profile with a specific intensity that’s most ideal for specific ailments. As such, the bio-feedback SENSE is purposely disabled so it will not override the intended purpose. Similar to the Fast Start Program, when using Exagon FIR Mat with iGuide, the FIR function is not enabled.
In Trial, everything is designed to be manual with predefined parameters inputted by the user. As SENSE is designed to act as an automated bio-feedback system, this again is purposely disabled to prevent it from changing the parameters during a session.
