The most common issues with this in order:
1. Power adapter failure.
Power surge or unstable current could contribute to premature failure of power adapter. You can easily test the power adapter with a multi-meter, or to engage an electrician to test if the adapter is giving out power. This will offers 1st level of diagnostic.

2. Controller board failure.
If your power adapter is tested working, then the next likelihood of failure is the control board. You will need to send the controller back to the regional office for replacement.
3. LCD Panel Issue
If you hear the starting up sound but no light display on the screen, the problem likely due to the failure of LCD display panel. You will need to send the controller back to the regional office for replacement.
4. Membrane Keyboard Failure
The power button could be faulty. This failure is rare, but does happen. Again, this membrane keyboard or top casing can be replaced.
