This KB is applicable to firmware version 2.08.
Solution: This problem is fixed in firmware 2.12.
There is a situation you may face with missing music files after you reboot the system, by either press the on/off power button at the control panel, unplug the power cable or power-off at the power supply end. Even after several retries, the files may still get missing after you shutdown/reboot the system.
Solution:
This most probably has to do with the system has not flushed and committed the cache to the file system before you shutdown the system. What you need to do is after the music files upload, you need to do a proper reboot/shutdown through the settings –> System Information –> Reboot/Shutdown option. This will force the system to commit all the cache to the file system before shutting down.
