Starting from firmware version 2.18, you can now access a hidden troubleshooting menu. This is how you do it:

  1. Go to System Information Menu.
  2. Touch and hold the System Information bar for about 5 seconds. This will activate the hidden diagnostic menu.

With all the applicators plugged in, capture the following system screen and send to cs@imrsasia.com for further investigation.

1. System Status

The overview screen shows you the status of the device, the serial number of the system, the software version (firmware), and the hardware version.

2. Applicator Logs

In the same way, applicator error logs contain all connection activities, errors, CRC checksum errors, and failures recorded by the system. Support personnel can use this information for troubleshooting applicators and connectivity issues.

3. Applicator Overview

The applicator overview provides an easy way to determine if your applicator (Exagon FIR, Mat, Pad, Spot and Brain) has been successfully registered.
