Return Shipping

When sending your faulty item(s) back to Swiss Bionic Solutions for inspection or replacement, please take note of the following:

  • Customers are responsible for the 1-way shipping cost to return the item to the nearest service center. If the problem identified is covered under warranty, the company will cover 1-way return shipping. Otherwise, the customer will have to pay for shipping both way. Please refer to our official product warranty coverage for detailed terms and conditions.
  • Please declare the item as faulty, and value no more than USD 100 in total. Swiss Bionic Solutions will not be responsible for any duties/taxes incurred for the return items either way
  • The Harmonic Code (HS Code) for the iMRS system is 9019 1010. Please use this if requested by the courier.
  • For Omnium1 tablet, some courier may need a safety declaration form of the lithium battery for shipping. Please contact us for the soft copy form.
  • Please make sure you have already logged a support ticket or contacted cs@imrsasia.com prior to sending the item back. On the shipback item, please indicate the ticket# / reference so we can follow the case correctly.

Packaging and Choice of Shipping Services

There is no requirement for you to send the item via courier services. You can also send the item via registered postal services if you can wait a little longer, especially if you are living in the main cities. Just make sure they are traceable.

If you cannot find a suitable box to store larger (cushioned) items like full-body mats and pads, shrink wrap them instead (see sample picture below).
