For out-of warranty products, following are the options available:
Repair
Whenever possible and when it make economical sense, we will recommend you to opt for a repair or if there is ready electronic component / part available (i.e. connector circuit board, screen panel, etc.). For replacement component/part, warranty typically is between 90-180 days.
Trade-in for complete component
We also offer trade-in for selected components like control panel, connector box, applicators. Depend on the components and nature of failure, we may or may not require you to send the faulty component back to us. Trade-in is only applicable for individual key components, not the entire system or accessories like cable, power adapter, etc.
Typical trade-in discount % are
- 40% for 1st year out-of-warranty
- 30% for 2nd year out-of-warranty
- 20% for 3rd year out-of-warranty
Accessories
Most accessories like cover, power adapter, cable, battery are entitled for 6 months warranty. The only option available for accessories is to purchase a replacement.
